ABI Excavator Mounted Hydraulic Auger
The model BA hydraulic auger drives utilize an ultra-large displacement high torque "Haaglunds" hydraulic motor for direct drive of the auger tooling. This rugged and simple design is far superior to other auger styles utilizing standard hydraulic motors and planetary gear drives.
This auger can be mounted to all common hydraulic excavators as well as mini excavators. For the production of CFA piles a swivel for concreting must be mounted to the auger drive so that immediate concreting is possible during the pulling procedure. The auger drive can be applied for ground release drilling, ground investigation, soldier pile installation, displacement augering, CFA piles, injection and soil improvement for foundations.
