Hammer & Steel seeks a dynamic Sales Administrator that is relationship focused, strong communicator, and possesses a big picture mindset.
- Coordinate the preparation of Equipment Rental and Sales Agreements
- Coordinate trucking quotes for Equipment Rental and Sales.
- Obtain current and accurate Certificates of Insurance from customers.
- Review customer billing and pricing information and update billing system accordingly.
- Assist with customer inquiries and support sales group in processing Docusign agreements.
- Communicate work orders to shop operations
- Preference for those with an associate degree in business or accounting.
- 2+ years of billing experience.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, Outlook and automated accounting systems with a preference for those experienced with Microsoft Business Central (BC).
- Robust written and verbal communication skill set.
- $25 - $28/hr: based on experience and education
