HFV and mHFV Series – High Frequency Vibrodrivers

HFV Series with Variable Amplitude Vibrodrivers

PTC’s high frequency vibrator with hydraulically controlled variable eccentricity was introduced in 1992, and has the ability to start up and stop without any vibration.  The HFV vibrators exceed international norms for limiting noise and vibration emissions, and enabling operation in sensitive areas or close to delicate equipment.

Exclusive variable amplitude vibrators advantages include:

  • Reduction of noise level
  • Reduction of vibrations transmitted towards the ground
  • Resonance free start up and stop down
  • Adapting the amplitude to the ground

mHFV Series – Mini High Frequency with Amplitude Vibrodrivers

This smaller size Vibrodriver allows the equipment to start up and stop down without shaking due to the control of the amplitudes. Work can be accomplished near sensitive buildings as well as in built up areas without damaging the environment.

Advantages of the mHFV include:

  • Light in weight
  • Compact
  • Easy to mount on the excavator stick
  • Does not damage the excavator’s hydraulic cylinders
