Junttan PM 25

The Junttan PM 25 is a medium-weight piling rig designed for pile driving steel and concrete piles. The recommended hammer ram weight is from 5,000 to 9,000 kg (11,000 – 19,800 lb) and the maximum pile length is 24 meters (79 ft). It has excellent stability and wide leader inclination angles.

The rig has proven productivity and the telescopic leader ensures easy and fast handling of piles. An optional side drill or vibrator hammer makes pile driving even more efficient in some soil conditions. The versatility of the rig can be further increased with additional drilling equipment and optional Junttan equipment can improve the working set-up of the rig.

This PM 25 has the usual proven Junttan features. Its rugged design makes it a safe and reliable rig even in the most demanding working conditions while the self-erecting leader and numerous advanced technical features ensure that the rig is ready to work in just a few minutes. The ergonomic and safety-tested cabin allows the driver to concentrate completely on his work.

Expandable tracks and a low center of gravity make the rig exceptionally stable in different working situations while the horizontal movement of the leader ensures fast spotting of the pile. In spite of its larger size, the rig can be easily transported to a new worksite.
