Boart Longyear - DeltaBase 102

The DB 102 is a universal rig for drilling anchor holes and taking soil analysis samples. When installing anchors, it is capable of drilling down to the depth of 100 meters at a diameter of 178 mm.

A drilling performance of 350 meters by geotechnical drilling. The weight of the rig is approx. 15.4 tons (without drilling equipment).

The new design of articulation with the rotable and slewing jib boom, is a unique feature of this machine.

The swivel head and mast carrier are connected by a scissor mechanism that allows the drill mast to be moved right and left relative to the chassis.

The divisible mast design allows drilling in restricted areas (geared feed).

The hydraulics are controlled by a modern load-sensing system. The diesel engine's exhaust-emissions satisfy the most recent legislation and directives. As you would expect, the pendulum crawler and the soundproofed insulating cover for the engine.
